Tomas brings years of experience in helping clients deal with insomnia, pain management and other stress-related issues. His way of working is through Presence and Connectedness to the client, and using the strengths and abilities of the client to trigger and encourage transformational changes in their behaviour, in a way that beneficial and useful to them.
Is hypnotherapy mind control?
Yes, in a way, and it's the client that regains control. The hypnotherapist is merely a facilitator, and at times a guide.
To ensure that you get the best of care and treatment, Tomas offers a free phone consultation before booking any session.
What to expect from a session?
If you're new to hypnotherapy, what happens in a session is that through use of relaxation and guided visualisations, you may enter a deep state of learning, where you are free to accept (or reject) ideas and suggestions that are tailored to your therapeutic needs.
If you are struggling with nerves, dealing with pain or insomnia, or want your mind 'right' about something, hypnotherapy may be right for you.
For clients that travel a lot, or who are not based in Bangkok, Skype sessions are also available.
Tomas is currently licensed with the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council of the UK, and outside from his practice with clients, Tomas is also an avid practitioner of Qi Gong and Tai Chi.
